If you're looking for rigid sleeves, you are likely looking for a toploader. Our flexible polypropylene card sleeves are made for storage and play, though they are premium thickness (100 microns – Clear, 140 microns – Colored). If you need a hard plastic toploader, though, they will be available starting April 2021!

It depends on the colour. Light-coloured sleeves (like red or white) won't usually be 100% opaque. Black, blue, green and purple sleeves will hide the backs of your cards completely. 

Use the "Notify Me" button on the product page, and we'll send you an email when a particular product becomes available again. If you're curious about an ETA, just send us a message. We'll try our best to find out for you! 

Billing

Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed.

Of course! You can make this change on your Account page. 

We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover, Diners Club credit cards or debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Interac. Unfortunately, we cannot accept checks or money orders.

Oh no! If your payment didn't go through, double-check that your card's billing details (such as the security code and billing address) match what you've entered into our system.

Order Questions

Please email us at support@titanshieldgaming.com as soon as possible if you would like to cancel or change your order. Our fulfillment center processes orders quickly, but we'll do our best to process your request.

You can view your order status on your Account page, which will be updated after your order is placed and again once your order ships. You will receive updates about your order, including tracking information.

You will only be able to use one coupon code per order.

Order Cancellation

If you'd like to cancel all or part of your order, please contact us at support@titanshieldgaming.com. Include your name, email address, order number and specify which products you would like to cancel.


It happens! If you've cancelled your order on the site, the best way to make sure you receive your products is by placing a new order.

We'd be happy to help! Please email support at support@titanshieldgaming.com, and we will be able to confirm the cancellation.

If you can't see the option to self-cancel, or if your order contains a gift card, please email support@titanshieldgaming.com as soon as possible. Be sure to include your order number and cancel/change request, and we can help.
